Around 3 o'clock in the morning I found myself lying awake in bed. To get some fresh air I opened the french door and stepped out onto the deck. The forest stood tall around me, in complete silence. Absolutely no sound could be heard anywhere, neither from the bushes and trees in front of the deck, nor from places in the far distance. There was no wind either. All was in total stillness. In the darkness I could barely distinguish the contours of the giant cedar trees against the deep blue night sky.

I returned inside and went back to my bed. My son Rolf had gone to visit a friend in Seattle, so I was alone in the house and alone in the forest as it were. I thought: "Here I am, all alone, all by myself."

In that moment I perceived a warmth entering the room - a peaceful, loving presence.

Brita: Who are you?

Warm Presence: We are here to remind you that you are not at all alone. You are part of a living wholeness of Consciousness, communing with forms of consciousness.

This Warm Presence continued: You were reflecting on the fact that the planet Mars is coming closer to Earth. People on Earth are fascinated by it. Indeed, what is happening is, the Earth is getting in closer contact with a higher dimension.

Now these Light Beings - although I have no name for these companions I need to give them some name or description - invited me to go with them.

Quickly I said my prayer: Dear God, I ask that you, God, allow only those beings who serve you, to communicate with me. I ask that only those who are aligned with the Light of Jesus Christ come to visit me.

After praying for clarity I felt these visitors were okay.

The Light Beings were waiting for me while I was checking them in this manner, and then they silently gestured for me to enter into a chariot of light and travel with them. The chariot was of such gentle vibration that it appeared to me more as a thought than as something of substance. Also, the experience of traveling through space was so subtle it seemed more like a thought, a mind exercise, than a practical event.

Yet, we traveled together to a new place, or new position, or perspective. As we "arrived," the light beings showed me the Earth touching a new dimension.

Light Being: We are allowing human beings to perceive a sense of excitement through experiencing a planet - Mars - coming up close to Earth. The real significance of this is allowing Earth to encounter, to touch base with, a dimension which she will soon begin to vibrate with. Right now, Earth is only touching this dimension.

They showed me how Earth was touching the dimension. It looked like waves lapping onto a shore. The new dimension is lapping at Earth's shores, yet not washing in over her shores.

Light Being: Not yet. The time is not yet. We are, if you like, practicing. Getting acquainted.

I saw this new dimension appear as a feminine presence, a living consciousness, and mother Earth just touching her, feeling her out.

We returned. I found my awareness once again directed to my body lying in my bed, in the silence of the night.

Light Being: As you return to three-dimensional perception, feel the difference.

Now, for a few moments, I became acutely aware of being alone in the house, in the forest, alone in this country, in fact, alone in the whole world. Suddenly I thought: "I have no close connections. Other family members have their own busy lives to attend to, and I have no friends with whom I connect on a daily basis." The feeling of alone-ness became very tangible.

Light Being: This is what happens on the three-dimensional level. You human beings believe you are "alone". You see yourselves as separated from other people and other places. You feel you are "away" from others. Think about "away" as "a way" of thinking - that is all it is.

Now I felt the warm presence flooding into the room again. They - whoever they are - showed me, or rather, let me feel, how closely and how intimately I can connect with this level of warmth, of loving consciousness, any time I want. I could see that we human beings choose, moment by moment, to perceive ourselves as cut off, disconnected, separate - or, we have the option to allow ourselves to feel our interconnectedness with the divine love-consciousness which holds everything together. We are no more separated from one another than the milk atoms and molecules are separate in a glass of milk.

These loving beings of Light are now surrounding me and giving me of their warmth and love, as I am sitting up in my bed, writing down these experiences. I feel happy, uplifted and enveloped in this love-consciousness.

Light Being: When other people read what you write here, they may feel a gentle shiver go through their body, a slight rush through body and mind. This is the quickening of vibration. We address you all: Allow this quickening within you. Allow yourselves to bathe in this warmth, this love, which is Universal Love. Letting love flow through your system will serve as a tune-up, sharpening your perception, preparing you for your own evolutionary steps. At this stage it may be best for you not to attempt to resolve questions within your minds; rather let go of explanations and simply open your hearts, letting love flow. As you increase the amount of time each day when you open the doors of your hearts to Divine Love, so will you purify your systems, and your capacity to receive will grow. No measuring or evaluation of progress is needed. Just allow the love to flow.
