In the early morning I met Charles in the Turquoise Temple. He spoke of light and darkness:

"I have now seen the contrasts between darkness and light - so striking it made me shiver. This is a time when dark and light intensifies. We will experience huge waves of both darkness and light as Mother Earth progresses through her transition into a new vibration. We are moving into a time when people on Earth are able to feel the new vibration - the new fields of energy which are gradually expanding in and around Earth.

For many people, rather than seeking more information; rather than accumulating more data on Earth changes, on time scales for changes; and on other scientific details, the time has come to calmly sit down and get into tune with the new flow of energy. Rather than talk about new energies, we invite you to experience the new energies. We encourage people to take time in stillness - even just a few minutes now and then - to, as it were, re-calibrate the human body and mind: get in tune with the new harmonies.

Brita: How do we do that?

Charles: Calm your thoughts to a gentle level. Sit comfortably. Take a few deep, slow breaths, to further calm the senses. Allow a sense of peace to flow through your system. Then, listen to the tunes of Cosmos. Remind yourselves that the whole universe sings. All heavenly bodies - the suns, the stars, and the planets - vibrate in harmony, emanating sounds. They give forth a humming music. Listen for the humming sound of your own Mother Earth. Even if you believe you cannot hear it with your physical ears, know that aspects of your body and mind pick up the vibration. Allow the new Earth-vibration to flow in and through the cells of your body, your chakra points, and your aura, or however you choose to describe your vehicle. Allow the new to touch and energize your system. Re-set your frequencies.

Imagine yourself opening to greater levels of Divine Love and Divine Peace, for this is in truth what is taking place. Mother Earth is rising into a level of frequency, or vibration, which is closer to the pure expression of Spirit. Some of the more dense expressions of three-dimensional physical functioning will be faded out. Flood your system with the new vibrations. They carry new ideas, new understanding, and new levels of inner joy.
